While Mark was testing my unit, he had time to field a couple of phone calls from his younger colleague, and I got to overhear/witness the mentoring relationship in action; what a great display! A young new technician, trained at Perry getting the benefit of decades of experience from Mark . . . the perfect scenario for successfully moving from the academic to the practical.
