Rick was very kind, took the time to answer my questions & quickly diagnosed the issue just by listening to my explanation of what happened. Obviously Rick knows his trade well & I am SO thankful he was willing to work the extra hours to assist people in need! Kudos to Rick & Thank You! I also appreciated the women who answered the phone first thing of the business day& got my issue on the work schedule so quickly…..I'm sure their phone was busy all morning!”
