“With temps at 105 plus degrees, Rick made an after hours call to check my Carrier air conditioner which had stopped working the day before. Rick was very kind, took the time to answer my questions & quickly diagnosed the issue just by listening to my explanation of what happened. Obviously Rick knows his trade well & I am SO thankful he was willing to work the extra hours to assist people in need! Kudos to Rick & Thank You! I also appreciated the women who answered the phone first thing of the business day& got my issue on the work schedule so quickly…..I'm sure their phone was busy all morning!”
